Delegates can attend all the conference sessions, visit the exhibition and attend the presentations at the Exhibitor Showcase. The delegate registration includes also 1 gala dinner invitation, lunches and conference proceedings.
Early Bird Price € 375 will be applied until May 31, 2022. Regular rate € 425 will be applied until June 14, 2022. Onsite delegate registration cost is € 550.
Pay for n. 2 delegates and get 3 conference passes!
Early Bird Price € 750 will be applied until May 31, 2022. Regular rate € 850 will be applied until June 14, 2022. Onsite delegate registration cost is € 1100.
Pay for n. 3 delegates and get 5 conference passes!
Early Bird Price € 1125 will be applied until May 31, 2022. Regular rate € 1275 will be applied until June 14, 2022. Onsite delegate registration cost is € 1650.
The one-day conference pass is valid for attending all the conference sessions on the selected day only. It includes entrance to the Exhibition and to the Exhibitor Showcase as well as lunch and coffees on the selected day. It does not include the Gala Dinner ticket. The one-day conference pass costs € 200,00.
The exhibitor registration is reserved to the personnel of the exhibiting companies. The exhibitor pass is valid for build up, event days and dismantling period. It also includes attendance of the presentations in the Exhibitor Showcase. It does not include attending the conference sessions, however exhibitors who wish to attend the conference are granted special rates. It does not include the Gala Dinner Ticket as well, which can be purchased during the registration process as an add-on option.
The visitor pass includes entrance to the Exhibition Hall and attendance of the presentations at the Exhibitor Showcase. It is valid for the 3-day event, but it does not include attendance of the conference sessions. It does not include the Gala Dinner Ticket as well which can be purchased during the registration process as an add-on option.
The speaker registration is reserved to the papers' authors who are selected to speak at WME 2022 Conference. The speaker registration is free of charge, valid for the 3-day event and it includes the Conference Proceedings.All speakers registrations will be verified before issuing the entrance pass.
Press members can attend the conference sessions, can visit the exhibition hall and can also attend the presentations at the Exhibitor Showcase. The press registration is valid for the 3-day event, and it does not include the delegate's benefits (lunches, coffee breaks, conference proceedings). It does not include the Gala Dinner Ticket as well which can be purchased during the registration process as an add-on option.
Students are granted free access to the exhibition hall and to the presentations at the Exhibitor Showcase. Proof of the student status is required at the entrance.

This option is reserved to the personnel of the exhibiting companies who wish to register as delegates also and to attend the conference sessions. The special price reserved for the exhibitors is always valid.
This option is reserved to the personnel of the exhibiting companies having at least 3 people who wish to register as delegates also and to attend the conference sessions. This pack grants up to 5 delegate passes at the cost of 3 and this special price reserved for the exhibiting companies is always valid.
